I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to the seaside with plenty of family-friendly activities nearby. The rooms were cozy and clean, although the 'American style' breakfast could use a bit more variety. The service was attentive, and the facilities were top-notch.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to the downtown area and just a stone's throw away from the awesome Maya museum. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The only downside was the slightly high price for the included 'American style' breakfast, priced at 600 pesos, but it was delicious nonetheless.
